Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Too Cool AC LLC! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

• You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Certain types of goods are non-returnable, such as:

• Personalized or custom products
• Gift cards
• Items marked “Final Sale”

To start a return, please contact us at sales@toocoolsupplies.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• Check your bank account again
• Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
• Contact your bank; there is often processing time before a refund is posted

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@toocoolsupplies.com.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at sales@toocoolsupplies.com.
